I'm happy with the way Amazon expedited the process I needed a copy of this the 2006 IBC for business purposes. Price and delivery speed were important.
However, this book will be outdated as IBC will be coming out with a new edition some time later this year so be for warned that your money might go to waste if you decide to purchase this book now This book is very helpful for understanding what the code requirements are for a building.
:) Not really sure how to review this, but it is necessary for those of us who want to stay compliant and up to date with building regulations. It isn't necessarily easy to read, but like I said, it is what it is.
Allows us to do business with ease. This book provides me with all the information I need to do both residental and commercial building in the United States. Most states use most of the IBC with some amendments, which can be found on the state websites.
You know you hate to use these darned things, but if you're into any kind of commercial construction - you gotta have 'em. Oh, this is good stuff.
